How to schedule a tour?

We'd love to have your visit our farms! We are able to accommodate tours when scheduled in advance and we highly encourage you to do so.

Can I purchase a tree from GSN if I'm not in the trade?

We are a wholesale only nursery selling directly to landscapers, re-wholesalers, architects and builders. If you are a homeowner and are interested in purchasing plant material from us, please have your landscaper reach out to discuss the purchase.

Question 4

What are your sales terms?

Accepted Answer

• Pickups may only occur on Friday's at either 7:00AM or 12:30PM
 • All Plant Material MUST be shipped by June 15th for spring orders
 • Spring order minimum: $5000
 •  Fall order minimum: $3000
 • Holding Fees will be applied starting May 1st or as watering becomes necessary
 • Holding Fees are 10% monthly or prorated weekly, material must ship by June 15th
 • All invoices must be paid with-in terms
 • Overdue invoices are subject to 1.5% monthly interest or 18% per annum
 • Discounted material must be paid in full within terms
 • Due to weather conditions a 20% summer dig charge may apply
 • All rejections must be made within 24 hours of receiving material
 • Orders placed a season or year ahead of time are subject to a non-refundable 25% deposit
 • Orders placed a season or year ahead of time will be priced in accordance to  the size of the plant material when shipped - Pricing is not final and can be changed based on quantity, variety, and rootball size.
 • Terms: 50% deposit paid pre-dig, balance will be paid at delivery unless stated otherwise
 • Payments made with credit cards will incur a 3.5% convenience fee

Do you accept summer digging orders?

Accepted Answer

We do accept summer digging orders on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of your order will depend on current weather conditions and production volume on the farm.

In order to allow us ample time to complete a summer dig, we ask for a minimum of two weeks ahead of delivery to procure your order.
